Reilly's Wines

The Clare Valley is recognised for producing some of Australia's finest wines and was selected as the region to establish Reilly's Wines. Reilly's winery began in 1993 as a small producer of fine quality handmade wines. The wines are made on the premises at Mintaro in the Clare Valley from 75 year old vines. Reilly's wine has a range of award winning wines which include Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Tawny Port, Riesling and the latest release, Sparkling Grenache. The winery is open for wine tastings and sales in Reilly's Cottage which was built in 1856 using Mintaro slate and blue stone. It was used as a general store and home. The cottage has recently expanded to include a restaurant catering for lunches and private functions. The menu changes regularly but is always original in it's slightly Tuscan cuisine. The Cellar door also has a selection of locally produced art, craft and gourmet foods. You can visit Reilly's Wines & Restaurant at Corner Hill and Burra Streets, Mintaro. The Cellar door is open on Saturdays 12pm - 5.30pm, Sundays & Public Holidays 10am - 5pm. Lunches are available on both days from 12pm.
