Set by the Murray, next to a spacious, green council reserve, the Morgan Riverside Caravan Park has a variety of accommodation and leisure options in a quiet river setting.

Three types of on-site accommodation are available.

The Park’s standard cabins are four or five-berth units, with living area, TV, air conditioning and heating and full kitchen facilities, including stove, oven and refrigerator.

The five-berth en suite cabins offer the same basic features as the standard units but are much more spacious, featuring a separate bedroom and bathroom. They are ideal for families.

A number of on-site vans of different sizes is also available, so there is an option for everyone.

For visitors towing their own vans, the Park has 92 sites, of which 34 are powered. These sites also feature coaxial cable outlets allowing visitors to plug in a television and receive improved reception.

The Park has a clean and modern amenities block and kiosk facilities. There is even a linen hire service.

When it’s time to relax, the Morgan Riverside Caravan Park has many attractions to keep guests occupied.

There is a huge range of leisure options, including a 10m in-ground pool, mini-golf course where you can practise your putting skills, a children’s playground and even canoe hire if you want to take to the water.

One of the main attractions of a visit to Morgan is the opportunity to go water skiing. Some sites at the Morgan Caravan Park are only 50m from the water’s edge and a nearby boat ramp provides easy access to the river. Knee board hire is also available.

There’s nothing like a day’s skiing on the Murray before getting together with family and friends for a big cook up on one of the Park’s free barbecues.

There are many attractions in Morgan which are also worth inspection during a stay in the Riverland.

The city has a history as one of the original towns on the Murray trade route.

The restored wharf at Morgan and the PS Mayflower evoke images of the way life was over a century ago and there are numerous museums in the township which celebrate the town’s river history.

The Heritage Walk is an interesting tour of all the historic points of interest in and around Morgan that leads to a panoramic view of the township and river from cliffs close to the city.
