The Min Palace is a fully licensed, air-conditioned restaurant specialising in traditional Cantonese and Thai dishes, which are available in the superbly appointed dining area, or as Take Away.
Only fresh, premium quality engredients are used, most of which are locally produced. Chef and proprietor Min Hong Lu is proud of the reputation that his restaurant has gained in the 8 years since he opened the restaurant. During this time, Min has tempted the taste buds of thousands of customers, with a comprehensive menu that includes such favourites as Fried Duck with Plum Sauce, Fillet Steak with Mongolian Sauce, and Sweet and Sour Pork.
The Thai menu also features a wide variety of traditional dishes, such as Gang Keo Warn, a popular chicken curry, with green chilli paste, and the delicious Neau Pud Bi Gaprow, which is stir-fried beef with fresh basil leaves and seasonal vegetables. Moo Pud Khing is another popular Thai dish comprising stir-fried pork with fresh ginger root and vegetables.
Min Palace provides an economical lunch special, with dine-in meals from $6.50, and take-away from $6.00. Lunch is available from 11.30am until 2.30, and dinner from 5.00pm until 9.30pm.
Min will be pleased to quote for special functions and parties, and catering for banquets can also be arranged. The restaurant is open 6 nights a week, and all public holidays. It is closed on Mondays, except for holidays.
