Market 190 is a licensed cafe situated in the Main Street of McLaren Vale at serves both breakfast and lunch. The breakfast menu is particularly popular on weekends with both locals, winemakers and visitors alike.

Seating is available both inside and outside and they have recently increased the seating capacity outside by adding a stunning new sheltered courtyard area. Inside there is an open fire to warm things up in winter and air-conditioning for those warmer days.

Local produce sourced from the local Fleurieu Peninsula and Kangaroo Island is strongly featured throughout the shop and the range is always growing. Such produce includes olive oils, tapenades, dukkah, kasundi, sauces, jams, honeys, cheeses, smallgoods and the list goes on.

The head chef at Market 190 is Justin Harman. Justin brings with him a wealth of experience and style - infact approximately 13 years of experience in the food industry. He has worked in a number of South Australia’s fine establishments such as the Bridgewater Mill, the Parkroyal Hotel, the Salopian Inn and the Merijig in Victoria. Justin enjoys providing over the counter tips and advice regarding the use of produce that Market 190 has for sale and any other cooking queries that customers may have. So make sure you ask those questions when you drop in.

You can choose from a large range of local produce that makes a great gift when packaged by Market 190. You can select your packaging types and size, then select what you’d like included or tell them your budget and leave the rest to them.

Sophie can also make you a wonderful Picnic Box to enjoy at your favourite Fleurieu picnic spot. Rather that spending your money on a basket that you may never use again, they would rather give you more food. Having opted for a simple box, they then fill it with the food to suit your requirements. You can choose the style of food you want, whether it be a light snack or a large meal or even the number of courses, just let Sophie know and she will produce a picnic to die for.
