Loverings Beach Houses: Emu Bay in the Kangaroo Island region of South Australia

Danny and Sue Lovering who operate three houses, "AAA" Rated - 4 star Luxury "Loverings White House", 3½ star "Loverings Lodge" at Emu Bay and 3½ star "Loverings - D'estrees Bay" on the South Coast. They are the 3rd generation Islanders and can offer plenty of advice for your holiday on Kangaroo Island.
Once you are on the Island there’s plenty to see and do, from walking among the sea lions at Seal Bay and watching the fur seals at Admirals Arch, to going underground at Kelly Hill Caves or penguin spotting on the foreshore at Emu Bay in the evenings or a lazy beach walk.
The 4 star beach house is situated above the jetty with sweeping views of the bay’s 5 klm white sandy beach. You can swim, dive and fish in the bays temperate waters. The beach is accessible for vehicles and there is a concrete boat ramp if you are bringing your boat. The house has three bedrooms, the main with a queen size bed and ensuite. The family room also has a sofa bed and other rooms each have a double bed and two singles. The outside decking gives wonderful elevated views over the bay. Its great for breakfasts or BBQ's with outdoor table and chairs.
This quality accommodation is cosy enough for a couple and roomy enough for families, and at a price that is affordable - all with sea views and fully self contained.
The "Loverings White House" now sleeps 11 and costs from $100 per day for 2 off peak. $15 each per additional person. The "Loverings Lodge" starts from $75 per day.
