Heysen Exhibit
South Australians have every reason to be proud of the work of Hans Heysen. His landscapes, predominantly of the Mount Lofty Ranges are collected around the world. This week Hahndorf is hosting a Heysen festival which includes the awarding of the Heysen prize for landscape painting. Part of the festival is centred on his home "The Cedars", and next Saturday there's a bushwalk through the property. It's being led by Terry Lavender, a man known as the father of the Heysen Trail. It costs $40 per person which includes lunch in the garden at The Cedars. For bookings call Robin on 8267 4748 or for more information you can email info@postcards.sa.com.au
