Graduates Restaurant is an award winning training restaurant for students from more than 35 countries. The Restaurant provides the basis for training in food and beverage service as well as cookery.

Graduates Restaurant is situated in the new Regency International Centre for Hospitality, Leisure and Food Studies. The Regency International Centre was opened in March 2002. This $40 million complex is unique not only because of its physical attributes, but because of its ability to facilitate training across the entire food industry value chain. The new 14,500sq-metre building comprises of:

This new facility will compliment the current facilities occupied by the Centre for Recreation, Sports and Tourism (Leisure Studies) and Hotel Management programs, taking the total amount of training space to 24,500sq metres.

Over the past 30 years, the Regency International Centre has grown from a small local provider of hospitality training to an internationally renowned world leader in training and education services. The Centre brings together training disciplines in hotel and restaurant operations, hospitality management, cookery, bakery, butchery, food science and wine studies.
