Colours of blue and sand-yellow dominate, with the expansive wall area hung with attractive prints and a Mediterranean boating theme. The large dining room with it's adjacent play areas has made every effort to make it a package of enjoyment and value for money. Patrons can choose from an extensive a-la-care menu or counter meal dining, with a children's menu available. Popular "theme nights" attract large groups and families and they include "Steak and Seafood" on Tuesdays, Wednesday nights are "Schnitzel Nights", Thursday and Friday nights are Smorgasbord mode, Saturday nights are again "Steak Nights" and Sunday is the very popular "Roast Day".The Esplanade Hotel dining room seats 250 persons and is on two levels, the upper level being reserved for non-smokers. Both levels provide excellent views of the scenic coastal beach and the recently replaced Brighton Jetty.
