Emu Bay Holidays manages a number of holiday homes and cabins in the Emu Bay area and have National Tourism Accreditation to ensure that you are offered only quality accommodation. They are happy to provide Kangaroo Island tourist information and help you plan how to make the best use of your time on the Island if you would like. Wintersun Holiday House & Units

Streeton House
Located on Hawthorn Road this stylish home has a large dining and lounge room across the front to take in the breathtaking views of Emu Bay. With your holiday “home” located only a stones throw (200m’s) from the wonderful Emu Bay beach you will certainly enjoy all the pleasures at Emu Bay has to offer.

The Facilities
- The homes 3 bed rooms all have built in robes.
- Main bedroom has an ensuite and queen size ensemble bed
- Bedroom two has a queen size ensemble bed
- Bedroom three has two ensemble single beds
- Bathroom includes a spa bath

Hamilton House
On the foreshore of Emu Bay is a two storey house with underneath for car/boat parking and all living on the top storey. Access is through the rear door. The newly renovated Kitchen, dining and lounge areas across the front of the house have fabulous views over the bay. This very spacious house has all the facilities that you could require including a newly extended front deck which is great to take in the breathtaking views and check out the fishing grounds.

Wintersun Units 1 & 2 These large airy units have everything you need for a restful and relaxing break on Kangaroo Island. The Kitchen/living area is located across the front of each to make best use of the view. All floors are tiled and there is a comfortable lounge area, electric heating and television. Both bedrooms are spacious and have plenty of hanging space and cupboards.

Holiday Homes

"Shalom"

Has 2 bedrooms, one with queen size bed. Second bedroom has a double bed and a set of bunks, and there is also a quality double sofa bed in the lounge. The new outdoor deck is a great spot to relax and enjoy the panoramic view.

"Jireh"

Has 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has queen size bed. Second bedroom has plenty of room for the family with 5 single beds and bedroom 3 includes a double bed and another single. Again there is also a quality double sofa bed in the lounge. This home has a bath as well as a shower.

Cabins

Deluxe Cabins 1 & 2

These are for the budget conscious who still want to enjoy quality accommodation. Both have floor to ceiling curtains dividing the main bedroom, kitchen and dining areas, and the second bedroom. A nice outdoor deck is a great spot to relax and enjoy the views.

Deluxe Cabins 3 & 4 These are larger than the other cabins and have separate bedrooms rather than just curtains to divide the living space. They also have a lounge with colour TV provided, a microwave, and queen size beds in main bedrooms.

Completely Different

"Bayview"

This is the guest wing of our own house. it is completely separate and self-contained with its own separate entrance, bathroom, bedroom with queen size bed, lounge, dining and kitchen areas. It has wonderful views over Emu Bay and the Wisanger Hills.

Our vast price range from $65 per double to $100 per double plus extras $15 per person ensures we have the right style of accommodation at an affordable price. Linen is included in all our accommodation. So just arrive with food and personal items to enjoy a peaceful, relaxing holiday.
