Welcome to Dundees, one of the most unique tourist attractions in South Australia. We have something for everyone and are conveniently open 7 days a week from early in the morning till late at night.
Where else can you hold a baby crocodile, snake and black cockatoo all in the same day? our wildlife park is an experience not to be missed, with the chance to get up close and personal with a number of different animals, reptiles and birds.
The crocodile is a creature held with great trepidation for many people. At Dundees Wildlife Park you can help overcome your fear by holding an infant crocodile or perhaps the less brave can just watch them at feeding time, from the safety of the board walk in their tropical environment. Visitors have the opportunity to hand feed our many beautiful species of birds in our recently completed bird aviaries. Walk through and be amazed by all the different colours and sizes of our feathered friends as they fly down and gently take the seed from your hand. It's also great fun to feed other animals around the park such as wallabies, water buffalo, ostrich, ponies and kangaroos. Take a walk through the reptile enclosure and then into the nocturnal house, home of our wombat, a range of potoroos, bettongs, possums and bats. There's much to learn at Dundees Wildlife Park, we specialize in group bookings, schools and families so why not book your guided tour today to make sure you gain the maximum information and experience possible. Don't forget to cheek out our gift shop it has everything from fluffy toys to jewellery and lollies. Afterwards sit down have a drink and relax in our tropical beer garden and function center. The tranquil atmosphere and sound of the trickling waterfalls and being surrounded by tropical plants needs to be seen to be believed.
