The AHA(SA)'s role is to provide leadership, representation, business services and advice to the Industry to enhance the economic and social value of hotels in SA.
AHA(SA) provides a range of commercially beneficial services to members that include advocacy services, publication and information access, industrial relations support and advice, legislative interpretation and representation, marketing services including the Sip & Save marketing group.
AHA(SA) is able to use these skills to provide valuable opportunities for young South Australians starting their own business. "Youth in Business" is sponsored by the successful community development arm of the AHA(SA), Hotel Care.
Hotel Care continues the pro-active community involvement traditionally shown by the members of the Industry.
Hotel Care projects are developed to maximise the economic and social benefits to less advantaged groups in our community.
AHA(SA) is a joint publisher of Australia's first consumer education package for responsible gaming packages. To complement Smart Play, AHA(SA) provides advice and support to hotels and the welfare sector on managing issues surrounding problem gamblers.
